...what job or role would you want to go in to or do instead of your current position ?.
Not many people can say that they are in a role that they wanted to do when they were kids, it just happens, you fall in to it.
My son graduates from Uni next week and he has all the qualifications he needs to be anything he wants to be, he just has no idea what he wants !

I knew exactly what I wanted to do when I was 16 and yet abandoned the idea shortly after I left school as I thought it wasn’t practical and my family wanted me to work in the city etc
20 years later I’m finally doing it. I won’t tel you what the job is because no one would believe me however the moral of the story is to follow your dream (cheesey I know) despite the advice of anyone else.
Doesn’t really apply to your son though as he doesn’t know what he wants to do!

Kind of like the path I took.
Would not have met my wife, if not for a career setback. Would not have ended up in England, if I hadn't ended up hating the job I wanted forever.
Not sure the perfect job early in life would have been worth it.

Luckily I'm finally in a financial position whereby I could retire if I wanted to, maybe do 2 more years and build up some more funds but I do know I want time to do things, weekends are never enough time to just do stuff
